How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each pair of shoes is crafted with precision and care, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. After your shoes have been carefully made and inspected, they will be shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! I’m pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, CA, UK, and AUS. It’s my way of thanking you for choosing David's Shoes and supporting my craft.
Can I track my order?
Yes, indeed! Once your shoes are on their way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your shoes’ journey from my workshop to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your shoes within 30 days of receiving them. Do you ship internationally?

Can I cancel or change my order?
